SlabHQ is a graded trading card price intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available market data from eBay sold listings and other marketplaces to provide price comparison information across PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, HGA, and ACE grading companies. SlabHQ is an independent service and is not affiliated with any grading company or marketplace.
Price data is provided for informational purposes only. SlabHQ does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price data. Market conditions change rapidly and past prices are not indicative of future values.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use SlabHQ. By using the service you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@findmyslab.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not create accounts using automated means, use another person's account without permission, or create accounts for purposes of abuse or circumventing plan limits.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Refunds: We offer a full refund within 48 hours of your first subscription charge if you are unsatisfied with the service. Contact support@findmyslab.com to request a refund. After 48 hours, all charges are final.

All price data on SlabHQ is sourced from publicly available sold listing information and is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Prices reflect historical sales data and may not reflect current market conditions.
SlabHQ is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on price data displayed on the platform. Always conduct your own research before buying or selling graded cards.
The SlabHQ platform, including its design, code, logo, and branding, is owned by SlabHQ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Card names, set names, and related intellectual property are owned by their respective rights holders (Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, etc.). SlabHQ is not affiliated with any of these companies.
SLABHQ IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLABHQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Iowa.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of SlabHQ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
